1. Sweet or rich so as to cloy or nauseate; sweet to excess; as luscious food.

2. Very sweet; delicious; grateful to the taste.

And raisins keep their luscious native taste.

He will bait him in with the luscious proposal of some gainful purchase.

4. Fullsome; as luscious flattery.
