VESA'TION, noun [Latin vesatio.]

1. The act of irritating, or of troubling, disquieting and harassing.

2. State of being irritated or disturbed in mind.

3. Disquiet; agitation; great uneasiness.

Passions too violent - afford us vexation and pain.
